PROGRAMME REVIEW IMPLEMENTATION (PRI)

Just a short note to bring you up to date with the latest developments regarding PRI. I attended a briefing session in Bristol on Saturday 30th September and was given some details regarding the changes that have been agreed by the Committee of the Council and a brief outline of the timescales involved. The changes are wide-ranging and some careful planning and preparation needs to take place at County and District level before announcing the details to all members. This work is taking place now and presentations will take place within the District in January. There will also be core group and section based meetings to (i) ensure that everyone is aware of the full details of the changes; (ii) devise and agree a local implementation plan; (iii) answer any questions regarding the changes.

Millennium Camp

Congratulations and special thanks to all those involved with organising and running the Millennium Camp. By the look of the pictures and the reports received the camp was a spectacular success despite the atrocious weather. Well Done on what will go down in history as one of the most special District Events of the Millennium.
