First presented in 1989, "The Skip Haynes Memorial Trophy" is awarded in memory of George Haynes, Group Scout Leader of 20th Christchurch (Somerford) to the winners of the Scout Night Hike competition. A series of bases and orienteering challenges that teams of up to six Scouts complete in the New Forest in darkness.
