The judging was carried out by the Mayor of Christchurch, Cllr Josie Spencer, the Council Chief Executive and Town Clerk Michael Turvey and Senior Parks Officer Cerina Gallacher on 10th April.
The winning design was created by James Kay, a Cub Scout from Mudeford. His design now graces the flowerbeds on Christchurch Recreation ground.
